Principal Partners
Paul Begany
Paul Begany is the President and CEO of BioCharger Corporation, producer of
the BioCharger. Paul has been
an officer of
multiple companies. Paul has more than 40 years of experience and
expertise in
product quality engineering,
applied research, manufacturing, and business
management. He has either worked for or consulted with numerous
internationally recognized firms including General Electric,
TRW, Gould, Tappan Appliances, Lear Siegler, etc.
Paul
has extensive manufacturing expertise in quality control, quality
assurance and reliability testing. He also served as Quality
Control Manager and
Product Liability Officer for Tappan Appliances. He served as a
Senior Product Quality Engineer at TRW. Paul also served in the
Army as a Combat Engineer and Armor Specialist.
Paul is a Certified Cash Flow
Specialist and is an officer of ACFA (American Cash Flow
Association)
for the last 10 years. He also served on the executive board of the ASQ
(American Society for Quality), Cleveland Chapter, and served on
the executive board of the Engineering Week Committee.
Paul joined the the
firm in 2002 and since has actively participated in the redesign
of the "Original 1988 BioCharger" into the
"Advanced 1988 BioCharger", and the newly
designed and recently released "Professional BioCharger"
or portable
“BioCharger
Professional” briefcase model for use in hospitals and clinics.
Paul attended Case Institute of
Technology (Now Case Western Reserve University). He initially
majored in Physics and received a Bachelor of Science in
Management Science (B.S.) with
special emphasis
on Operations Research and Computers.
Jim Girard
Jim Girard is Vice President of Research and founding partner with
BioCharger Corporation, producer of the BioCharger. Jim gained his expertise in
this technology, starting in 1988, under the mentorship of Dr.
Orville Fitz, a student and protégé of Nicloa Tesla. Dr. Fitz
conducted research with Tesla in the mid to late 1930s. Jim has
been building, designing and experimenting with various
combinations of bio-electromagnetic medical energy devices ever since.
Jim is personally responsible for the re-introduction and
resurgence of the Multi-Wave Oscillator (MWO) BioCharger technology within the U.S. in the last
15 years. His work is the basis for at least two U.S. Patents,
as well as other pending patents.
His BioCharger device spawned a new
cottage industry and has become the most coveted and copied
device on the market today.
Jim has developed and delivered
various prototypes of the BioCharger units. The application and use of these designs
has resulted in tremendous athletic achievements, as reported by
numerous collegiate, amateur, professional and Olympic athletes
and teams.
Jim attended the University of Akron, where he studied math and
science, while also serving in the National Guard.
