This technology originated in the early 1900s with Yugoslavian electrical pioneer Nicola Tesla and was dramatically demonstrated by Russian electrical engineer Georges Lakhovsky between 1930 and 1942 in hospitals and medical facilities throughout Europe and the United States.  Nicola Tesla later taught the technology to Dr. Orville Fitz, a student and protégé who eventually mentored Jim Girard starting in 1988. Tesla, who introduced alternating current (AC) electricity in 1884 and the radio in 1893, envisioned combining both of these into a comprehensive system to broadcast power wirelessly, worldwide. By the 1930s, George Lakhovsky, a Russian electrical engineer who immigrated to France, adapted the Tesla Coil system into a medical apparatus that he called a Multiple Wave Oscillator (MWO) to denote the large number of high frequency energy waves it produces, and successfully broadcast power to the body on a cellular and subcellular level.

Both Tesla and Lakhovsky recognized the electrical nature of cells, and compared them to solid-state microcircuits that display the characteristics of resistance, capacitance, inductance, and resonance. In his book entitled “The Secret of Life,” Lakhovsky noted that the nucleus consists of DNA with “tubular filaments and chromosomes made up of insulating material and filled with a conducting fluid containing all the mineral salts found in sea water. The filaments constitute minute oscillating circuits endowed with capacity and inductance that vibrate at a specific frequency. They are thus comparable to the circuits, coils and windings of radio-receivers and can therefore both transmit and receive exceedingly short electric radio waves.”

Modern science confirms that cells function as batteries:

Recent research confirms that cell mitochondria (the energy factories inside cells) act as batteries that charge the cell membrane and convert electrical currents into chemical energy by producing ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the universal energy currency of the body.
